Empowered Transformation Through Community

The Regenerative Ecosystems Association implements transformation not only at the institutional level but also through the power of a broad community. Founding and honorary members, collaborative partners, and volunteers—individuals and organizations with diverse knowledge, experience, and expertise—come together around a shared vision. This multi-layered structure, spanning from membership to volunteer participation, enables everyone to find their role on the path to a regenerative future.

Membership Terms and Conditions

Membership in Regenecos is open to anyone who shares the same vision, wants to contribute to the transformation, and meets the following conditions.

Legal Capacity

To become a member, one must have legal capacity. For legal entities, applications must be made through an authorized representative. Membership applications become legally valid upon acceptance by the board of directors.

International Membership

Legal entities established abroad may apply without being required to be established in Turkey. Organizations applying for the purpose of developing international cooperation and partnerships are particularly encouraged.

Legal Terms

All conditions stipulated by the association legislation in force in Turkey must be met. Foreign nationals must have the right of residence in Turkey.

Commitment to Purpose and Principles

It is necessary to embrace Regenecos’s goals and fundamental principles and to commit to actively working towards them. Membership is not merely a status; it is a shared commitment to transformation.

Membership Types and Process

There are two types of membership at Regenecos. Both membership types offer the opportunity to become part of the Regenecos community and contribute to the transformation.

FULL MEMBERSHIP

It consists of individuals and legal entities accepted upon invitation by the Board of Directors. Full members have the right to attend general assembly meetings and vote. They have priority access to national and international projects, scientific publications, and capacity-building initiatives; they can participate in events on a priority basis and establish relationships with stakeholders through the Regenecos network.

HONORARY MEMBERSHIP

It is awarded by a decision of the board of directors to individuals who have made significant financial or non-financial contributions to Regenecos. Honorary members may participate in all activities but cannot vote. They enjoy all other rights granted to full members on an equal basis.

MEMBERSHIP PROCESS

Membership in Regenecos is primarily by invitation. The Board of Directors invites individuals and legal entities who it deems will contribute to the association’s goals and principles to become members. Invited candidates who meet the membership requirements are recorded in the membership register by decision of the Board of Directors and become part of the Regenecos community. Honorary membership is offered directly by decision of the Board of Directors to individuals who have made significant material or moral contributions to Regenecos. Supporting Organizations and Volunteers

Regenecos establishes collaborative partnerships with institutions and organizations that share the same values, beyond its official membership structure; it expands its community by involving individual volunteers in project-based work, events, and field activities.

COOPERATIVE PARTNERSHIPS

Regenecos establishes strategic partnerships with institutions and organizations active in the fields of regenerative economy and sustainability. These partnerships, shaped around shared values, enable collaboration in research projects, educational programs, field studies, and advocacy activities. Organizations interested in establishing a partnership can contact the Regenecos Board of Directors directly.

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

Anyone wishing to contribute individually to regenerative transformation can join Regenecos’ volunteer network. Volunteers actively participate in project-based fieldwork, event organization, content creation, and community activities. There is no requirement for official membership to become a volunteer; interest, motivation, and a desire to contribute are sufficient.
