Notice of the 1st Annual General Meeting of RegenEcos
Dear Members of the Regenerative Ecosystems Association (RegenEcos),
Pursuant to the unanimous decision adopted by the Founding Board of Directors of the Regenerative Ecosystems Association at its 3rd regular meeting held on April 22, 2026, our association’s 1st Regular General Assembly Meeting will be convened.
Our first meeting will take place on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the association’s headquarters in Izmir. If the quorum required by the bylaws is not met at this meeting, a second meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at the same location and time.
The meeting location, time, and agenda items prepared specifically for our first General Assembly are listed below. We kindly request your participation in this important meeting, during which the new executive board members of our association will be elected.
